The problem

We were preparing to launch Mountain Pictures Live in Spring 2020. Then Covid hit and made in-person training an impossibility. Virtual and video broadcasts took off in a way in which few people had expected, and we were ready to provide our clients with the very best online experiences available.

But why were we already working on this product? Well, we anticipated a cultural change away from in-person meetings. The generation who grew up playing The Sims and spending hours chatting on MSN are now CEOs – communicating through screens is second nature to us.

Not only that, but by replacing training days and workshops with virtual ones you can save your company huge costs, both to your finances and capacity. As we all know from putting on events, the cost of travel, event space, hotels and catering soon spirals (those tiny triangular sandwiches sure do add up!). Now imagine all that money being directed back into your business instead…

Mountain Pictures Live is a virtual engagement solution. Put simply, it’s a live broadcast that connects you to, well, whoever you want to reach.

By using the very best in broadcast technology, you can replace face-to-face training, conferences and panels with virtual ones, without losing any of the conversations that makes them so special in the first place.

We achieve this by using a live host – either a member of your business or a facilitator provided by us. They can present a live slideshow, video, facilitate questions and even send your delegates to breakout rooms – all virtually. On top of this, we can add bespoke graphics, motion graphics and animation to your broadcast, to ensure it stands out from the crowd.

This means that all your guests need in order to participate in an event is an internet connection (and a device to join on, obv). They can tune in from home, their workplace, or even whilst on a plane or train in between other work commitments.

Mountain Pictures Live is our product which broadcasts live training, pitches and comms to groups of all sizes. It’s a cost-effective new alternative to face-to-face events that can be achieved remotely, without losing that all-important personal touch. Basically, it’s like being in a top-class presentation, from the comfort of your sofa.

Mountain Pictures Live is a premium product with extremely high production value. When asking your employees to give over their valuable time to training, for example, you need to provide an engaging, slick experience delivered professionally, that leaves them feeling valued & fulfilled.

We’ll need a meeting with you to sit down, have a cuppa and discuss what you want to achieve from your event, but apart from that – nada. You can leave the rest to us. If you wish to provide a host you can, but we can source and provide expert facilitators for you, too.

Ideally, they are filmed in one of our nationwide studios with our expert team. However, if you wish to do it on home turf and providing you have an area with suitable lighting, sound control and a strong internet connection, we can send our team to you. If you have a nice quiet room where you can control the lighting and noise, we’re good to go. If your office is a tin shack next to a railway line, not so much.

The sky’s the limit! We’ll find the right experience for you, whether that’s by using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or by broadcasting direct. We can also create a private link and webpage for you to send to an exclusive list, with as many attendees as you wish. Some businesses have their own enterprise conferencing accounts – if you give us the info, we can run them through this too. The possibilities are endless, and we’ll do whatever suits your needs.
